WELLINGTON COMMUNITY ESTATES

FEBURARY NEWSLETTER

SECURITY CAMERAS: We have hired the City Police to do security in the community.  We will also have 16 cameras in our office to see around the park and playground on a constant taping. The police will be able to access our cameras as well.

SPEED LIMIT DETECTORS: We will be putting the speed limit radar detectors in the park which will show your speed. You will also be on camera. So, please remember the speed limit is 15 MPH. This is for the safety of you and all others. Please remind your guests as well.

ELECTRICAL BOXES: Please be aware there are large green electrical boxes throughout the community. Parents please make sure your children do not sit on these as it could be a danger.

GETTING READY FOR WINTER: Make sure your pipes are wrapped and there are no holes in your underpinning to keep the cold out. Please remember if the power or water goes out to turn off your hot water heater to save the element. If you have a water leak, go to the water meter and turn it off and let the office know.

PARK IMPROVEMENTS: As you know, we are doing our best to clean up the park. A lot of home owners are upgrading their homes. If you would like to add a structure please let the office know to give permission before construction or placement of a storage building. Please keep your lots clean at all times. Please follow the Rules and Regulations. If you do not follow the Rules and Regulations then you may be asked to leave.

PARKING REMINDER: Please do not park vehicles on the grass, street or at the end of your home. We are constantly having to remind everyone of this. We will start enforcing this with warning and/or ticket violations.

LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY ANNOUNCEMENTS YOU WOULD LIKE TO PLACE IN THE NEWSLETTER (I.E. BIRTHS, MARRIAGES, DEATHS, ANYTHING FOR SALE LIKE YARD OR ANYTHING NICE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO SAY).
